REPAIR PROCESS

INTAKE FORM

• Fill out and submit the “Repair Form” below with your first name, last name, mobile phone number, email address, physical address, and a detailed description of your issue.
• Once the intake form is submitted our technical expert will get in touch with you.

SHIPPING

• Pack all components that need to be repaired in proper packaging
• Be sure to include the drone, 1 battery, 1 set of propellers, remote control, and gimbal and camera
• Ship to our office at 8 Sunbo Jibowu Off Awolowo Road, S.W Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria
• Email the shipping document to  repairs@gididrone.com for easy tracking.

REPAIR PROCESS

• Once your unit arrives at our facility it will be sorted and checked into the repair queue.
• Damage assessment and Diagnosis will be performed
• A diagnosis invoice and damage report will be forwarded
• Once payment has been received , the unit will be packaged up and shipped back to the originating address
• Should you wish to proceed with the repair ,a repair invoice will be forwarded
• Once drone repair invoice approval has been received ,an estimated repair completion time will be communicated . Typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days depending on part availability.
• A full bench test will be conducted in-house by the repair team
• Drone is then taken to the field for a flight test
• The report of the test will be communicated via Email once all tests has been completed successfully.
• Payment can now be made for the repair .Once payment is confirmed, Drone can either be shipped back to the originating address or picked up at an agreed location
